Excitement has entered the Kenna Security offices. Due in part to the dedication and teamwork here, we have been listed as one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2018!
It’s been such a wonderful year so far, full of growth and opportunities, none of which would have happened if it were not for the passion and collaborative effort of everyone here at Kenna Security. In return, we have a new team member to help us preserve our culture — Lora Rodstein, our new Vice President of Human Resources. Lora has 20 years in Human Resources, and 5 years of working in the security space.
When asking Lora about what drew her to Kenna Security as her next career step, her response was clear that it was the welcoming community — full with a sense of fun and a great deal of energy. According to Lora, “one cannot move a business forward without its people”. Her primary goals at Kenna Security will be to guide employees and help them flourish. This cannot be completed without holding a set of values with high regards, hiring people who embrace them, transparency, and excellent communication. We are thrilled to have her join us on this upwards journey, and to keep our culture strong and united, so we can continue to team up on risk.
